Building Fire Safety That Never Sleeps.

I build IoT monitoring systems, code-cited compliance tools, AI agent teams and hardware products, from zero to one.

I am a product builder based in Delhi NCR with 6+ years across IoT, EV, autonomous systems and AI-native operations. Today I build the fire safety products of Siya Habitats: systems that keep a building fire safe between inspections.

Abhishek Singh, product builder at Siya Habitats Building Siya Habitats Delhi NCR, India

About Me

I take products from an idea to something people rely on, and I stay close enough to the hardware, the code and the customer to know when a thing only looks finished. My path runs through autonomous robotics, connected EV hardware rolled out in India and Sri Lanka, and now fire safety, where I build at Siya Habitats, the technology and services division of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), Nagpur.

The habit I value most: check the effect, not the setting. A fire panel that passes inspection day can degrade quietly the next morning; a health check can stay green while every real call hangs. So I build products that prove their state continuously, and teams of AI agents where the checking role is always separate from the producing role.

Fire Safety Products

Fire safety is checked once a year. Fire happens on the other 364 days. At Siya Habitats we build one family of products around one building: check the drawings before it is built, audit it on site, watch it every day after, and answer any code question with its clause. The goal is NOC-worthy drawings and a NOC-worthy solution, with every gap found and every rule cited.

Continuous monitoring

Fire Watch Pro

Dashboards live

An Automated Continuous Monitoring System (ACMS) that watches a building's fire panel, pumps, tanks and fans around the clock, so readiness becomes a live state on a dashboard rather than a line in a register. Continuous monitoring is now required by law in two states.

On-site audits

Fire Audit Pro

Live

An offline-first audit app. The checklist is derived from the code for that building, so an auditor never sees a question that cannot apply; findings are captured floor by floor without signal, and the report comes from the same data. Built to make a building fire NOC worthy.

Clause-cited answers

Fire Code Expert

Live on the website

Ask a fire code question in plain words and get the answer with its clause, or a straight statement that the code does not say. Refusing is a correct answer: it cannot invent a requirement. Anyone can now ask it on siyahabitats.com.

Drawing checks

Drawing Checker

Running

The architect's drawing set goes in. Occupancy and height are read off the sheets, every requirement for the fire NOC is checked with its clause, and a NOC-worthy fire layer comes out, merged onto the original drawings.

Fire layouts

Fire Design Engine

Producing output

Reads an architect's CAD drawing, works out every room, and writes a full fire-protection layout with a bill of quantities, every element carrying its clause citation. Weeks of hand drafting become a review.

Explore in 3D

MEP Coordination Model

Published

A whole building's services, coordinated: fire protection, plumbing and drainage, electrical and mechanical, floor by floor, with clash and penetration overlays and 2D service plans for every level. Walk the building in your browser.

3D story

Fire Watch Pro Story Site

Live

One night with Fire Watch Pro, told as a 3D scroll story: the camera circles a building and each beat lights up the system it explains, from the fire panel and pumps to a 3am fault the system already knew about.

Guides and website

siyahabitats.com and Guides

Live, 31 pages

The company website, rebuilt for search and AI answers: 8 clause-cited guides on ACMS, fire NOC in Maharashtra and Delhi, audit checklists and fire norms by building height, plus 15 Fire Code Expert answer pages.

Education Platform

The second product line I built at IFEM: everything an institute needs to admit, teach, examine and certify students, and a production line that writes and films its courses.

Courses for NITI Aayog and iGOT Karmayogi

3 shipped, 2 in handover

Micro-courses for iGOT Karmayogi, the Government of India's training platform for civil servants under Mission Karmayogi, each mapped to its FRAC competency framework. Two of them are authored from a NITI Aayog policy report rather than a textbook, turning national energy scenarios into training for the officials who have to implement them.

  • Courses5 micro-courses, 36 units, 173 finished lecture videos
  • From the NITI Aayog reportPower Sectoral Insights (9 units) and Viksit Bharat and Net Zero (12 units)
  • FilmNET ZERO 2070: India's Power Sector Pathway, a one hour documentary course in 13 chapters, prepared for NITI Aayog's Energy Division for iGOT Karmayogi

IFEM ERP and Learning Platform

Live in production

One record per student from application to certificate: admissions, fees, exams, hall tickets, attendance, documents and certificates, across multiple centres, with a learning app for students. Runs on the web, Android, iOS and desktop, with no paid servers.

Course Production Line

Live

Agent teams that write, audit and package whole programmes: 148 textbooks, about 2.6 million audited words and 12,535 multiple-choice questions with worked solutions across 11 programmes, plus 48 end-semester papers with answer keys.

Lecture Video Studio

Produced

Branded slides, narration and subtitles turned into finished lecture videos at zero marginal cost: 20 chapters, 227 slides and 1 hour 7 minutes of video, every chapter inside its target length.

Side Projects

Super Human

In testing on a real phone

A local-first health and wellness app for Android. It brings a Bluetooth body composition scale, workouts, Indian home cooking (your own katori, your own recipes) and progress photos into one history, and keeps you going with a weekly points pool and a five day rule. A trainer web dashboard lets clients choose exactly what their coach can see. Daily use costs nothing and the data stays on the phone, in English, Hindi and Hinglish.

Built by a team of three Claude agents, Inputs, Research and Build, each with one job and a shared memory, working from my phone and PC in parallel.

  • Android app
  • Smart scale
  • Food logging
  • Trainer dashboard
  • Three-agent build team
